Choose the style that suits the animal and the room it will live in. Our price list covers 40 species, and we will quote anything that is not on it.

Where is Timoland Taxidermy?

Our studio and showroom are at Hillside Farm, Bathurst, Eastern Cape, South Africa, between Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) and East London.

What kinds of mounts can I choose?

Shoulder mounts (standard, semi-sneak, upright and custom poses), wall and floor pedestal mounts, full body mounts for small, medium and large game, European skull mounts, rugs and flat skins, fish replicas, and custom combination displays.

Do you work with international hunters?

Yes. We handle the South African side of getting trophies home: collecting or coordinating trophies from your outfitter, dip and pack, professional crating, and the required export documentation, ready for onward shipping.

Can I see your work in person?

Yes. Our showroom in Bathurst displays finished mounts. Visit us to see the quality of our work first-hand.

Who will work on my trophy?

Tim Olwage has worked in taxidermy since 2001 and personally oversees every project, working with his team in Bathurst.

Which animals do you mount?

Our price list covers 40 species, including kudu, buffalo, eland, gemsbok, sable, roan, nyala, impala, springbok, zebra, giraffe, wildebeest and warthog. We have also mounted lion, leopard, rhino, hippo, crocodile, hyena, ostrich and game fish. These are not on the price list, so ask us about them.

How do I get your prices?

Can you repair or restore an old mount?

Yes. We do repairs, touch-ups and restoration of existing mounts. Send us photos of the mount and the damage on WhatsApp or by email.

Which hunting outfitters do you work with?

Bowker African Hunts in the Eastern Cape lists Timoland Taxidermy as one of its taxidermy partners, describing us among "the most trusted names in South African taxidermy services". If you hunt with another outfitter, your trophies can still come to us; just get in touch.
